Responsibilities
- Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
- Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
- Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
- Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
- Ensure safety of the student at all times.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Clear a background check.
Compensation
Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
