About the role

Professionals are partnering with a highly respected private school in the Ft. Lauderdale area to recruit exceptional educators for the 2026–2027 school year. The school values its faculty, encourages student engagement, and offers an innovative academic program.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, student-centered classrooms that foster academic, social, and emotional growth.
• For High School English Teacher: Inspire students through literature, writing, and critical thinking while helping them become confident communicators.
• For High School Math Teacher: Teach mathematics ranging from Algebra through advanced courses while building students' confidence in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• For High School Science Teacher: Lead engaging science instruction through inquiry-based learning, laboratory experiences, and real-world application.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Create engaging, student-centered learning environments.
• Believe in building strong relationships with students and families.
• Collaborate well with colleagues.
• Bring energy, flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude to their work.
• Desire to make a lasting impact on students both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Teaching certification is preferred for all positions.
