About the role

Prava helps physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech‑language pathologists launch and grow their own independent practices. You will see patients under your own name, build your brand, and learn the business of ownership while maintaining full control over your schedule. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Passionate about one‑on‑one, patient‑centered care
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in starting and growing your own practice
• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
