About the role

Outpatient-only General GI Physician position with zero call and no inpatient work, focusing on endoscopy and clinic patient care. Services (clinic, endoscopy, ASC) are co‑located in one facility. Physicians begin with a manageable case volume and receive mentorship for new fellows, with gradual growth. The practice is located in a vibrant, affordable college town offering beach access and proximity to major cities.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic procedures and provide outpatient clinic care.
• Maintain a procedure‑focused schedule: endoscopy five mornings per week, clinic four afternoons per week (including administrative time).
• Work with four APPs who manage follow‑up care and trained scribes in each procedure room.
• Follow standardized protocols for efficiency and leverage built‑in referral networks to ensure ample patient volume.

Pay

Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses, with total potential earnings exceeding $800K for fully productive physicians.

Schedule

Endoscopy scheduled five mornings weekly; clinic four afternoons weekly (includes administrative time). Outpatient‑only, zero call, no inpatient duties.
