About the role

You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- Required to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Public Accountant or Member of the Bar.
Qualifications
- CPA or Member of the Bar
- Thorough knowledge of tax-related intricacies of partnership structures
- Proficiency in US Tax Code sections related to partnerships
- Specialized tax consulting and compliance for private partnerships
- Proficiency in creating and leveraging complex spreadsheets
- Advanced report-writing and communication skills
- Experience in marketing and business development efforts
- Leading teams to generate vision and establish direction
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
