About the role

We are seeking a leader within the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group. This team provides financial reporting and administrative support to premier real estate fund clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities
  • Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations
  • Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Analyse and report on monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
  • Review and prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations
  • Calculate management, annual, and incentive fees
  • Prepare various client correspondences
  • Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations
  • Perform special projects as requested

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Fund accounting or public accounting experience
  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet client deliverables

Salary Range

$41,600 - $66,560 annually
