Private Home Care CNA - $27/hr (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the Role

Provide personalized, compassionate in-home care to clients, supporting their independence, safety, and well-being in a comfortable setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene while promoting independence.
• Plan, prepare, and assist with feeding nutritious meals based on client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
• Engage clients socially, providing emotional support and meaningful interaction.
• Observe and report changes in client health to healthcare providers.
• Keep accurate records of services provided for effective communication.
• Assist with specialized care tasks under professional guidance, adhering to state regulations.
• Support client well-being through various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience in healthcare, adult day, or home care settings.
• Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant License in good standing.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with vehicle registration and insurance.
• Proficient in English with excellent customer service skills.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Medium-heavy physical activity; occasional heavy lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with clients and families.
• Exposure to health hazards and communicable diseases.
• Frequent interruptions and varied physical tasks.
