Private Equity Senior Associate

Responsible for managing and executing private equity investments, providing financial analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on potential investments
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting private equity investments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private equity or financial services
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually
