We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support and learn from the Principals across the family office, operating companies, and new strategic initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work on new initiatives and enhance ways of working across Knowhere’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data management activities including collecting, aggregating, and organizing data in Airtable
  • Develop and implement processes and/or improvements to streamline data analysis and insight generation
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to support review processes (e.g., AirTable, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Conduct research and analysis on new investment and/or business opportunities
  • Research current venture capital portfolio and create internal review process for investments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on investment opportunities and strategies
  • Provide organizational and project management support across company and operating partnerships
  • Assist in developing and implementing new workflows utilizing technology to improve current processes
  • Draft and update internal and external presentations and other ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Team player, pro-active and action-oriented; anticipates needs, is assertive, and highly accountable
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, data management, and visualization
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in multi-tasking and receiving direction/filtering requests from multiple sources, with ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with firm policies
  • High integrity; personal, professional, and ethical standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Comfort with utilizing enabling technologies (e.g., Airtable, Slack, ClickUp)
