Private Equity, Fund Accounting & Administration, Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a leader within the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group. Our team provides financial reporting and administrative support to premier real estate fund clients, and we are looking for someone to join this growing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities
• Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations
• Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
• Review and/or prepare of capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations
• Prepare management, annual and incentive fee calculations
• Prepare various client correspondences
• Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations
• Special projects as requested

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables

Pay

$52,000 - $94,120 Annual
