Private Equity Executive Assistant
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings with accuracy and discretion
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by proactively handling administrative tasks, follow-ups, and day-to-day support
- Cook up office operations and assist with visitor access and building security procedures
- Work closely with a tenured internal team member and collaborate across the office to support business operations
- Aid with special projects, marketing initiatives, presentations, or advanced Excel reporting as needed
- Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and help create a seamless day-to-day experience for leadership

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership
- Minimum of 2 years of direct Executive Assistant experience within the Private Equity sector (strict requirement)
- Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
- Professional presence with strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working in a smaller office setting
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
