What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings with accuracy and discretion
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by proactively handling administrative tasks, follow-ups, and day-to-day support
  • Cook up office operations and assist with visitor access and building security procedures
  • Work closely with a tenured internal team member and collaborate across the office to support business operations
  • Aid with special projects, marketing initiatives, presentations, or advanced Excel reporting as needed
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and help create a seamless day-to-day experience for leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct Executive Assistant experience within the Private Equity sector (strict requirement)
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
  • Professional presence with strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who enjoys working in a smaller office setting
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
