Private Equity Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical finance professional with a background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory to help build and evaluate advanced financial modeling workflows used in cutting-edge AI initiatives. This role combines deep financial expertise with emerging AI technologies. You will create complex finance-related tasks, develop production-quality financial models, and collaborate on projects that help improve the next generation of AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and review complex financial analysis projects including:
• M&A due diligence
• Data room analysis
• LBO models
• Three-statement models
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Credit and debt models
• EBITDA bridges and financial forecasting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in:
• Investment Banking
• Private Equity
• Transaction Advisory Services
• Corporate Finance
• Financial Consulting

• Three-statement modeling
• DCF valuation
• LBO modeling
• Financial statement analysis
• M&A transactions
• Corporate valuation methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience managing analysts, associates, or finance teams.
• Background in private equity portfolio analysis, transaction services, or financial due diligence.
• Experience building process improvements, automation workflows, or internal tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $175,000
