Private Equity Associate

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Private Equity practice group seeks an associate with 2–5 years of experience in private fund transactional matters.

About the role

• Focus on fund formation, investment management, investment joint ventures, and related transactional work across private equity, real estate, and private credit asset classes.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to a nationally recognized corporate practice.
• Available in Dallas, Richmond, DC, or Houston.

Requirements

• Strong academic background and excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Licensed in the jurisdiction of application preferred; required within one year of joining.

Pay

Expected salary range: $235,000–$365,000, based on education, training, skill sets, licensure, certification, experience, internal equity, and market data.
