PRIVATE DUTY SPECIALTY CAREGIVER/ $700 Weekly plus Mileage

About the role

We are seeking a reliable caregiver in Springfield, MO to provide guaranteed hours and consistent weekly pay while delivering exceptional one‑on‑one care to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
• Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, including transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
• Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
• Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Running errands

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Available 8 AM‑4 PM every weekday
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to drive to multiple clients with 2‑3 hour shifts
• Must track mileage between clients

Pay

$770 guaranteed weekly pay for 35 hours; mileage paid from client to client; if a client cancels, you still get paid.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑4 PM with one‑hour unpaid lunch; must be available 8 AM‑4 PM every weekday.
