Private Duty RN - Home Care | Hawaii Kai, O'ahu

Always Best Care is seeking experienced, dependable Registered Nurses for private-duty, one-on-one home care in the Hawaii Kai area.

About the role

Private-duty, one-on-one home care for higher-acuity or medically complex patients. Responsibilities include hands-on care, medication management, mobility and transfer assistance, and respiratory support.

Requirements

• Current Hawaii RN license and CPR/BLS certification
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical judgment
• Experience with higher-acuity or medically complex patients (preferred)
• Comfort working one-on-one in a home setting
• Dependable and self-directed
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is highly desired
• Tracheostomy or ventilator experience (a plus, not required)

Pay

• Private-duty shifts: $75–$90/hour
• Per diem routine visits: $80 per visit
• Per diem Start of Care (SOC): $200 per SOC

Schedule

• Preferred: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Additional per diem shifts available 7 days a week
