Join our Skilled Nursing team as an LPN in a home care setting, providing high-quality, compassionate, and reliable care to clients of all ages and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to clients' homes on a schedule of your choice
- Following up, executing, and documenting doctors' orders
- Performing assessments and monitoring client conditions
- Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations
Requirements
- Valid U.S. nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
