Responsibilities

• Delivering quality nursing care
• Documenting electronically with tablets in patients' homes
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff

Qualifications

• Maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation (preferred)
