Responsibilities

• Delivering quality nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in home settings
• Monitoring patient health, administering medications, and documenting care electronically
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
• Providing empathetic support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
