About the role
Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including trach care, in a home setting
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate, empathetic patient interaction and documentation using electronic systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patients’ health and safety
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Must maintain licensing and certifications
