Private Duty Nurse (LPN) – Concierge In-Home Care | Flexible Schedule | 1099 | Seattle

About the Role

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care. We connect top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments)
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Active CPR / BLS Certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Starting at $40/hour (negotiable per case)

Schedule

• Independent Contractor (1099), Flexible / PRN
• In-Home (Client-Specific)
• Choose from flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or potential ongoing long-term cases
