Private Duty Nurse LPN (Bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients in a high-acuity setting.
• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through quality nursing care.
• Using electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting patients' health needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
