Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
