Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus HealthCare Support is seeking Private Duty Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a locally owned home care agency providing high-quality, one-on-one care across Pasco and Pinellas Counties, Florida. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for pediatric, young adult, and adult patients in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency. Compensation $30.00 – $45.00/hour (based on case complexity, experience, and patient needs)Shift differentials available for nights/weekends$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time):$250 after 30 days$750 after 90 daysWeekly pay (Monday–Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday) Schedule Flexible scheduling options availableDay, night, weekday, and weekend shifts8, 10, and 12-hour shifts depending on caseNo on-call requirement24-hour clinical support available Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (eligible after 60 days)Aflac supplemental insurance401(k) with 4% employer match (eligible month 7 for FT employees)Weekly paySupportive onboarding and case-specific training Daily Responsibilities Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the homeAdminister medications and treatmentsManage care such as feeding tubes (GT/JT), tracheostomy care, ventilators, and oxygen therapy as required per caseAssist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily livingAccurately complete electronic documentation during each shift Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in FloridaMinimum 1 year of nursing experienceExperience in home health or private duty preferredAbility to provide hands-on patient care, including lifting/transfers as neededVentilator and trach experience required for select cases Patient Population & Cases Opportunities available across Pasco and Pinellas Counties, including: Pediatric, adult, and long-term care patientsCases involving seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, ALS, chronic lung disease, and spinal conditionsCare needs may include GT/JT feeding, trach/vent management, mobility assistance, and ADLsVarious home environments (some with family involvement and pets) Locations: Pasco County: Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Dade City and surrounding areasPinellas County: St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole and surrounding areas Interested in this opportunity?
