Private Duty LVN Nurse

Role: Private Duty LVN Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.Perform direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and tracheostomy/ventilator management.Follow individualized care plans and document all care accurately.Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
