Private Duty In-Home Caregiver

Description

Interim Healthcare is seeking to hire outstanding Caregivers to join their care team providing in-home care services. They have immediate flexible full-time and part-time positions available. This position is a regular scheduled position with opportunities to pick up other hours throughout the week.

Job Duties

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin care, and hair)
• Walking/Transferring
• Aid client with getting dressed
• Prepares meals and/or snacks according to client’s preference
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Observing and reporting any physical or mental changes
• Other duties as assigned by Client Care Coordinator

Schedule

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute/Relocate

• Oshkosh, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Requirement

• 18 years old or older
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
