About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Delivering skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
- Monitoring signs and symptoms to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting health data and nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience
