Responsibilities

• One on One companionship and non-medical hands-on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, and assistance with transfers.
• Housekeeping and laundry services.
• Pet care.
• Transportation to doctor’s appointments and other errands.
• Medication reminders.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping people.
• Experience in caregiving, such as being an RN, CNA, or having a similar background.
• The ability to recognize individual needs and treat seniors with respect and dignity.
• Skills in providing direct care to residents, including activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
• Ability to assist with household tasks like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.

Pay and Schedule

• Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
• Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
