Private Duty Geriatric Care CNA HHA
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for a Certified Nursing Assistant to care for their clients in your neighborhood. The position offers:
- $19-$23 per hour
- *$500 Referral Bonus
About the role
Work in your community and make a difference. As a BAYADA CNA, you will:
- Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
- Provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services
- Develop close relationships with clients
- Help clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
- Perform household support tasks like light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
- Prepare and feed meals
- Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility assistance
- Remind clients about medication
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA
- Be registered with North Carolina as a CNA in good standing
- Comply with Bayada's policies for home care
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA license
- Pass a background check
