Private Duty CNA

About the role

The CNA will provide direct care to clients, promote their highest level of functioning, maintain a safe and neat environment, and adhere to community standards, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance such as showers, dressing, grooming
• Shopping and errands
• Companionship
• Meditation reminders
• Light housekeeping such as laundry
• Assistance with going to medical appointments
• Pet care

Requirements

• Current CNA license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous CNA/HHA experience preferred but not required
• The ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided
• The ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Kindness, reliability, and compassion
