Private Duty Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregiver Angels. For those who are not certified, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training. We are a home care agency dedicated to providing meaningful work with seniors and fostering an award-winning team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure safety, comfort, and independence.
• Assist clients with various tasks such as companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on care, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship.
• Manage a variety of shifts including short, long, overnight, and live-in positions.
• Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and other daily needs.
• Communicate with office staff for scheduling, issues, and updates.

Requirements

• HCA (Homecare Aide) or CNA certification.
• Driver's License if applicable.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Passing a background check.

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
• Shift options: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Overnight, Live-in’s.
• Full Time: 32 hours per week, eligible for all benefits.
• Part Time: Less than 32 hours per week on average.
• Caregiver Client Ratio: 1:1.

• Multiple Locations throughout King County.
