Private Duty Caregiver
About the role
We are looking for compassionate, certified and experienced Caregivers to join our team serving residents of King County. As a Caregiver, you will work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure that they are able to remain safe, comfortable and independent.
Our client care includes everything from companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed bound personal care, and end of life hospice care with nurse delegation. You may be responsible for assisting clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure they remain safe, comfortable, and independent
- Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship
- Provide companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed bound personal care, and end of life hospice care with nurse delegation
Requirements
- Compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregiver
- Homecare Aide Certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including morning, mid-day, evening, overnight, and live-in shifts
- Reliable transportation (if applicable)
Qualifications
No high school diploma or GED is required. This job is open to applicants who are just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

None specified, but experience in caregiving is preferred.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Full-time is 32 hours or more per week, while part-time is less than 32 hours per week.
