About the role

Our Washington Township Skilled Nursing office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join our team. We deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in Mantua and Baylor
• Support infant trach/vent clients (Monday–Sunday, day and overnight shifts available)
• Commit to ongoing weekend shifts for trach and vent clients in Baylor with weekend program pay up to $37.50/hr

Available LPN Shifts

• Morning, evening, or overnight shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour full shifts
• PRN, part-time, or full-time options
• Weekend shifts available

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Pay

$28–$38 per hour
