Private Credit Fund Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant

About the role

Oliver James have partnered with a global alternative investment management firm looking to hire a Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountants due to growth within there expanding Private Credit division. This role has highly competitive compensation, relocation stipend for those looking to move, strong promotion pathways, and a 2-3 day hybrid schedule of there office based in West Palm Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fund trial balances, pricing, and allocations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, capital calls/distributions, investor, regulatory, and management reports.
• Update investment and fund data in iLevel.
• Respond to audit, administrator, and ad hoc requests.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, policies, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn Investran and iLevel.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Private credit/fixed income experience, Big 4 audit background, and CPA.
