We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about passion, etc. That could be "About the role". Then responsibilities list. Then required qualifications list. Then preferred qualifications list. Then maybe "About Us" as a section? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (list). Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (list). There's also "About Us" paragraph about company, benefits, etc. Could be "About Us" but not in list of example headings; but we could still use

for About Us? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we can incorporate company info into "About the role" or separate "About Us" as a section but not in examples; risk. Probably better to include "About the role" covering intro and company overview? But the intro already mentions Chase's promise. The "About Us" section is separate. Could treat as "About the role" includes both passion and company description? Might be okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep details about responsibilities, qualifications, preferred qualifications, Dodd Frank etc. Also note about registration requirements, NMLS, etc. Those are part of qualifications. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Possibly also "Benefits"? The posting mentions benefits in About Us: competitive total rewards package, base salary, commission-based pay, discretionary incentive compensation, benefits include health care, wellness centers, retirement savings, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, etc. That's substantive. So we should include a Benefits section. Also Pay? It mentions base salary determined based on role, experience, skill set and location; commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation. That's pay info. Could include Pay section. But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits and pay info. So we can include Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit. We need to avoid duplication: The About Us paragraph also mentions equal opportunity employer etc which is boilerplate; we should remove that. Keep the substantive benefits description. Thus sections:

We should also maybe include note about Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act details? Already in required qualifications. The posting also had a longer paragraph about Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, NMLS registration, etc. That is substantive and should be preserved. It is under "Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act" heading in original. We need to include that info somewhere, perhaps under Required Qualifications or a separate section like "Regulatory Requirements". Since we have a Required Qualifications section, we can add those details as list items. We must not invent headings not in examples, but we can add a subsection under Required Qualifications? Better to add list items under Required Qualifications for those details. Let's extract that paragraph: "Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position. Your continued employment in this position would be contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements. In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Your continued employment in this position with JPMorgan Chase is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter. Any information obtained during the registration, update, and renewal processes or through NMLS notifications may impact your employment with the firm. Any of the completed information you provide during the Chase on-line application process may be transferred, on your behalf, to NMLS by JPMorgan Chase. Please carefully review the information you provide to Chase for accuracy and consistency and with any current NMLS record, if applicable, before submitting. Further information about NMLS and registration requirements of registration can be found at: https://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org/Safe/SitePages/default.aspx" We need to preserve this info. It's quite long. We'll add as list items under Required Qualifications (maybe after the existing ones). Ensure we don't include the URL? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the URL as part of the info. Could be a list item with the URL. We must not include application instructions; the URL is not an instruction, it's info. So keep. Thus add list items:
  • Position subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; employment offer contingent on JPMC review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant info to determine financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness; any felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies.
  • Continued employment contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.
  • Position requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008; must register on NMLS or update existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase; continued employment contingent upon compliance with SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after start date and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates.
  • Information obtained during registration, update, renewal processes or through NMLS notifications may impact employment.
  • Information provided during Chase online application may be transferred to NMLS by JPMorgan Chase; review for accuracy and consistency with any current NMLS record before submitting.
  • Further information about NMLS and registration requirements: https://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org/Safe/SitePages/default.aspx
  • We should also keep the earlier line about "Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act*" which we already have as a separate item; but we might duplicate. Better to keep that as a brief item and then the detailed items. Could combine but keep both. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements" appears both in responsibilities and required qualifications; we kept one in responsibilities and one in required qualifications (maybe duplicate). It's okay to keep both as they appear in different contexts. But we might consider removing duplicate if it's exactly same phrase. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicate identical lines. Let's see: Responsibilities includes "Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements". Required Qualifications includes "Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements". Slight variation: "Adheres" vs "Adherence". Not identical but similar. Might be considered duplicate? Safer to keep both as they are slightly different. However the instruction says remove duplicated lines, not near-duplicates. We'll keep both. Now check for any other duplicated lines: "High school degree, GED, or foreign
