About the role

You will be the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients and other branch customers. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, providing education and advice tailored to financial needs, and delivering the Chase Customer Promise.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manage banking relationships through an advice‑based approach, ensuring clients receive the best products and services for their needs.
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Make clients’ lives more convenient by setting up self‑service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrated success using a value‑added, relationship‑oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with proven new client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and revenue generation.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Compliance with Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• If not already registered, must obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses, or complete them within 180 days of starting.
• Adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Pay

Competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity.

Schedule

Branch hours with the requirement to work weekends and some evenings.
