About the role
As a Private Client Associate at Janney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Janney branch. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships, collaborating closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance their business, and developing and maintaining these relationships through productivity-based campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Avoid time-sensitive issues by promptly following up with all home office departments
- Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients via telephone and written correspondence
- Proactively utilize available technology and tools to manage time efficiently and support FA and client inquiries
- Organize and implement productivity-based campaigns to assist Janney Financial Advisors
- Anticipate potential issues and alert relevant FA and Branch Management as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior office experience preferred but not required
- Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 license preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- High ethical standards
Qualifications
While a high school diploma is required, prior office experience is preferred but not mandatory. A Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 license is preferred, though candidates who are not licensed can obtain one within 12 months of employment.
