About the role

As a Private Client Associate at Janney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Janney branch. Your responsibilities include assisting in the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships, collaborating closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance their business.

Responsibilities

• Opening new accounts
• Processing money movement transactions
• Facilitating account transfers
• Updating account information

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Prior office experience preferred but not required
• Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Compensation Package
