About the role

As a Private Client Associate at Janney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Janney branch. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships, collaborating closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance their business.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Avoid and resolve time-sensitive issues promptly with all home office departments
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and detailed responses
• Organize and implement productivity-based campaigns to develop and maintain client relationships
• Utilize available technology and tools to manage time efficiently and assist Financial Advisors in responding to client inquiries
• Anticipate potential issues and alert relevant Financial Advisors and Branch Management as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Prior office experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Benefits

• Base salary with potential for annual bonus/commissions

• Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000
