Private Caregiver - Home Care

About the role

English Rose Home Care is seeking private caregivers with at least one-year of direct one-on-one home care experience to assist clients in Blaine, MN.

Responsibilities

- Provide care to clients in their homes. - Work independently and follow instructions. - Engage with clients and perform a variety of caregiving and home-making tasks. - Maintain strong communication skills. - Comfortable providing personal care to both male and female clients. - Possess a valid driver's license. - Fluent in English with strong written documentation skills.

Requirements

- At least one year of direct one-on-one home care experience. - Friendly and patient personality. - Good at following instructions. - Comfortable working independently. - Valid driver’s license. - Fluent in English.

Qualifications

- Personal care experience preferred. - Experience with clients living with Alzheimer’s or other complex medical conditions is a plus. - Strong communication and engagement skills.

Pay

$20-$24/hour

Schedule

10am-4pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
