Responsibilities

• Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
• Absorb and execute ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the agency Administrator.
• Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Absorb and execute daily ambulation as needed.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and transportation.
• Work 8a-8p 2-3 days per week and alternating weekends.
