Private Care Aide

About the role

We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality in-home care for individuals who require extra support. Our caregivers are essential in helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for reliable, caring individuals who take pride in making a positive difference and providing consistent, thoughtful support to both clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications
• Assist with mobility and movement within the home
• Support personal care and hygiene needs
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Complete light housekeeping duties
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with daily household routines and activities

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Strong desire to help and support others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Must be able to pass a background screening
