Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead facilitator for private banking and wealth management training programs
  • Help professionals strengthen the commercial, advisory, and interpersonal skills required to serve high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Enhance your presentation and coaching skills, expand your professional network, and establish yourself as a thought leader in private banking education
  • Deliver live in-person and virtual training seminars to private banks, wealth managers, and other financial institutions, covering topics such as:
    • Prospecting and new-client acquisition
    • Consultative discovery and needs-based selling
    • Solution presentation, pitch development, and storytelling

    • Teaching & Communication: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and coaching skills, with the ability to convert practitioner expertise into clear, engaging learning experiences
    • Behavioral Skills: Comfort teaching active listening, nonverbal communication, cultural adaptability, resilience, professional maturity, and executive presence alongside technical product content
    • Compliance Mindset: Familiarity with ethical and compliant sales practices in a regulated wealth management environment
