Private Banker Sales Associate
About the role
The Private Banker Sales Associate supports a team of Senior Private Bankers in delivering exceptional client experiences to high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with client interactions, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing client relationships, including client meetings, materials preparation, and calendar management
- Support DDI with tasks like interest rate bumps, account flexing, and fee reversals
- Smoothly onboard new clients, ensuring they have a Six Diamond experience
- Collect and verify client documentation, assist in account opening, and set up online banking and other services
- Coordinate with clients to ensure account updates, such as signer changes, account titles, and additional services like RDC, wires, and ACH
- Reach out to clients regarding non-sufficient funds, returns, and other issues
- Engage, retain, and grow clients within the $250,000 - $500,000 portfolio, and follow up with CD-matured clients
- Update account plans in Enact and ensure accounts are linked and merged as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients when the Private Banker is unavailable
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
- College degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn about private banking and wealth management

Salary Range
The hiring salary range is based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made in consideration of these factors and in alignment with Fremont Bank's compensation philosophy. The salary range is USD $35.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
