Core Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Growth
- Manage live leads and utilize data mining to identify tailored financial opportunities.
- Drive outbound sales and provide valuable financial education to clients.
- Act as the welcoming face and voice of Physician Bank, ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience across phone, text, video messaging, and email.
- Accounts & Digital Management
- Guide clients through digital banking setups, password security, and account linking.
- Handle high-level account maintenance, including external transfer limits, P2P setup, wire transfers, and "move money" transactions.
- Manage complex account changes, travel notices, Reg E disputes, and tax form retrievals.
- Comprehensive Loan Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal consumer loans.
- Carefully coordinate seamlessly with mortgage lenders to assist with service inquiries, escrow, insurance, and tax forms for both retained and sold mortgages.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintains the highest standards for confidentiality and security.
- Participates in all required BSA training and demonstrates knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
- Responsible for security as it applies to this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
