Private Aviation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Aid customers via phone and email to foster loyalty and boost revenue.
- Support customers in booking reservations, adjusting travel details, and ensuring proficiency in handling all opportunities for exceptional customer service.
- Resolve billing and rental issues, handle overrides, and manage specialist bookings with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of customer service experience, required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365, Excel, Word, Access.
- Preferred: Experience with luxury brand sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven strong sales and closing skills with the ability to be friendly and engaging.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems and applications.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and processes.
- Must be able to work any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
