Private Ambassador

About the role

Private Ambassadors are the authority in promoting and selling all High-End product categories to both existing and prospective clients. You will work with the Store, Client Relations, and Development Teams to discover your Client's desires and craft memorable, long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities

• Achieve and grow high-end penetration goals across all product categories while ensuring an elevated Client experience.
• Partner with Store and Regional Leaders on High End Client retention and development strategies.
• Actively recruit new high-potential prospects.
• Develop top Clients and provide private services through in-person as well as virtual appointment-based experiences.
• Increase Store Performance.
• Develop VIC Client Book and recruit new HE Client Base.
• Mentor Store Teams.

Requirements

• Proven record in developing authentic, lasting relationships with Clients.
• Ability to continuously anticipate future desires and needs of Clients.
• Outstanding luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills.
• Experience in hosting Clients from all backgrounds.

Pay

Hourly rate within the range of USD $48–$52 plus commission opportunities.
