Privacy & Security Enterprise Engagement Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead EPSRM engagement with Health Plans or Shared Services to ensure clear understanding of privacy, security, AI, and business continuity requirements
• Interpret regulations and contracts into operational controls, guiding stakeholders on compliance expectations
• Validate compliance evidence and manage audit readiness for regulators and clients
• Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to resolve compliance issues effectively
• Track regulatory changes and communicate necessary actions for scalable control updates
• Oversee documentation related to privacy, security, AI, and business continuity for accuracy and completeness
• Support new market entries and RFP responses by providing EPSRM subject matter expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Security, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, Business, Law, or equivalent paralegal experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 7+ years in privacy/security, risk, or compliance in managed care or health plans required
• 5+ years in identifying and communicating security/privacy control requirements within health plan operations required

Pay

$107,700 – $199,300 annually
