Privacy Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core privacy programs including DSRs, PIAs, ROPA, and cookie compliance
• Create and maintain detailed privacy documentation and playbooks
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Engineering to fulfill user requests
• Act as primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy program management with a proven operational track record
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for conveying complex concepts
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other key privacy legislation
• Hands-on knowledge of privacy impact assessments and related workflows
• Analytical mindset to identify problems and document solutions
• Self-motivated with a focus on strategic outcomes
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist as needed

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
