    About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Privacy Incident Analyst to support privacy incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation within a financial services environment. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in privacy operations, compliance, risk management, or financial services who want to contribute to protecting sensitive client information and strengthening privacy practices. In this role, you will research and investigate potential privacy incidents, evaluate control gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to help reduce client impact and support regulatory obligations. You will also contribute to privacy awareness initiatives, process improvement, and the ongoing enhancement of privacy incident management practices.

    • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, management, and business partners to support privacy incident resolution.
    • Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other assigned responsibilities.
    • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client and business information.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in data privacy, compliance, risk management, fraud investigations, financial services operations, or a related field.
    • Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory for submission.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and professional incident correspondence.
    • Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
    • Ability to identify potential control gaps, evaluate risk, and collaborate on corrective actions.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

    Schedule

Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office.

We need to ensure no extra sections like "About Seneca Resources" maybe we included benefits from that. The "About Seneca Resources" paragraph is more about the company; we could incorporate into benefits or maybe omit as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's descriptive of the staffing firm. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Seneca Resources" is not explicitly prohibited, but it's more about the staffing firm; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO etc. Might be okay to keep as part of benefits or separate "About the company". However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have many sections; maybe we can combine "About Seneca Resources" into Benefits or omit. The benefits we already captured from that paragraph: competitive pay, health, dental, vision, 401(k), support of dedicated team. That's enough. We should not include "Who Will Thrive in This Role?" or "What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?" as separate sections; we could incorporate into Benefits or maybe omit. But we already have Benefits and maybe we could add a short paragraph about exciting aspects under Benefits? However we should not invent content. The "What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?" contains bullet points that are substantive; we could include them under a section like "Opportunity Highlights". But we must avoid too many sections. Could incorporate into Benefits or maybe under "About the role". But better to keep as a separate section "Opportunity Highlights" if it's substantive. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have many sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Adding another may be too many. Could we merge "What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?" into Benefits or About the role? It's about excitement, not benefits. Could add a short paragraph under About the role after the description. But we already used About the role for description; we could extend it. Similarly "Who Will Thrive in This Role?" is about candidate traits; could be omitted as it's more generic. Thus we will keep About the role as the description paragraph only (maybe we can add a sentence about excitement). But we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot drop the "What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?" content. So we need to include that content somewhere. Could add a subsection under About the role as a list. But that would create a list inside About the role, which is okay. However the instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So if we have a list of excitement points, we should use

      • . So we could add a

        Opportunity Highlights

with list. That adds another section. But we could incorporate those points into Benefits? They are not benefits but excitement. Could we put them under Benefits as a list? Might be misleading but still a list. The instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits is a category; excitement points are not benefits but could be considered "Opportunity Highlights". Safer to add a section. But we already have many sections; maybe we can combine Requirements and Preferred Qualifications into one Requirements section with subheadings? Not allowed because we cannot add headings inside? We could just list both required and preferred under Requirements with maybe a note. But that would lose distinction. However we could keep both as separate sections; it's okay. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule, Opportunity Highlights. That's 8 sections. Might be okay if each has substantive content. But we must ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". All content is specific. Let's extract the "What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?" bullet points: - Meaningful Privacy Impact: Help protect sensitive client information and contribute to effective privacy incident resolution. - Cross-Functional Exposure: Collabor
