Privacy/AI Compliance Risk Mgr, Ops Trust

Key job responsibilities

• Manage multiple privacy and AI compliance projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
• Autonomously perform operational deep dives on privacy and AI related processes and systems and identify mitigating measures using analytical methods.
• Develop scalable mechanisms to prevent future issues from occurring.
• Conduct privacy and AI risk reviews for launched/launching applications and work with builders to ensure privacy and AI obligations are completed.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Ops, Legal, and federated privacy and AI teams to ensure privacy is considered in projects and decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
• Master's degree or equivalent
